Melissa Sturm

Melissa Sturm has been a part of the marketing group at Sony Pictures Animation from the outset, and has continued to grow with the company in her current role of Vice President.

While in this position, Sturm has worked on numerous film campaigns including, “Open Season,” the Academy Award®-nominated “Surf's Up,” “Cloudy with A Chance of Meatballs 1 & 2,” “The Smurfs,” “Hotel Transylvania” films and the Academy Award®-winning “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,” "The Mitchells Vs. The Machines," and the Academy Award®-nominated, "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse."

Melissa's passion and knowledge of the animation industry have made her a trusted and respected executive among the Sony Animation community of directors, producers, artists, as well as many third party business partners. Not to mention, she's voiced over 18 characters in Sony Animation films!
