Sharon Bridgeman Lukic is a director at Sony Pictures Animation.

Most recently, Bridgeman Lukic served as a story artist on the studio’s Academy Award® winner “Spider-Man™: Into the Spider-Verse.” She joined Sony Pictures Animation in 2017 as a story artist for “Smurfs: The Lost Village.”

Prior to joining Sony Pictures Animation, Bridgeman Lukic worked as a story artist at DreamWorks Animation for features such as “Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie,” “Kung Fu Panda: Secrets of the Scroll,” “Kung Fu Panda 2,” “How to Train Your Dragon,” “Turbo,” and “Shark Tale.”

Bridgeman Lukic has also worked in television doing storyboards and character design for studios like Film Roman, HBO, Universal Pictures, and Warner Bros. Her television credits include “Batman Beyond,” “Superman: The Animated Series,” and “Todd MacFarlane’s Spawn.”

Bridgeman Lukic studied animation and life drawing at Ballyfermot College in Dublin, Ireland. She currently resides in Southern California with her husband, their boxer Honey, and their two lovebirds – one of which sat on her shoulder as she wrote this biography!
