RICHARD TURNER

Richard Turner currently serves as layout supervisor on Sony Pictures Animation's original animated comedy "Connected," slated for theatrical release on October 23, 2020. In his role, he oversees the camera work and character movement in each shot of the film.

Previously, Turner served as the layout supervisor on Sony Pictures Animation's latest feature film, the Academy Award® winner "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse."

Prior to joining Sony Pictures Animation, Turner worked at sister company Sony Pictures Imageworks on films such as “The Angry Birds Movie” and “Storks.”

Turner also contributed his talents as a layout supervisor and artist on projects at Disney and DreamWorks Animation.

Turner was born and raised in San Diego, and currently resides in Marina Del Rey.
